C-me Colour ProfilingEach of us has it within us to excel. How often do we sabotage that?  C-me stands out in the profiling world. A flexible, practical tool it does not focus solely on ‘personality’ but rather on our ‘behaviours’ and ‘preferences’, both natural and learned.

For more than a thousand years being curious about what makes people ‘tick’ has intrigued us. Hippocrates is thought to have started the inquiry into personalities, Carl Jung took it forward and Myers Briggs brought in into the world of work.  Using the language of colour, developed by the Wilsher Group, C-me focuses on preferred ways of behaving rather than technicalities and psychological perspectives.  It is not an either/or, C-me is unique in describing the blend of possibilities that is in each of us.
