Miral El Ramlawy has 18 years of experience in HR management and development. A Bi-lingual Trainer, Coach and Assessor, Miral works with individuals and teams to reach their objectives through coaching and training methodologies.

Graduating in 1997, with a B.A. degree from The American University of Cairo with a major in Economics & minor in Psychology, Miral worked with diverse organizations and established departments bottom-up formulating their policies, procedures and managing daily operations. She highly valued employee morale as one of the critical areas in organizations and believes that people are key to the success of any organization.

In her career, Miral worked with people from different countries; Egypt, Europe, UAE, USA, New Zealand and Canada.  This diverse cultural exposure was a strong asset along with her exceptional communication skills that enabled her to develop and execute expatriate induction and orientation programs in the UAE and Egypt.

Now based in the Middle East, she utilizes her coaching and training techniques in designing customized programs for personal and organizational development. Her areas of expertise include HR-related programs, developing leaders, communication skills, train the trainer and emotional intelligence.
