I was fortunate enough to work with Simon a few years ago. Qualified to deliver Psychological Safety surveys and interpret the results, Simon regularly works with a variety of teams from numerous industries to help create the particular team environment necessary to achieve their success. As a keen sportsman, he still works with professional sports people from various disciplines, supporting them to maximise their potential. Simon has been known to combine his passion for supporting others to improve with his love for sport and music by suggesting proven exercises to gain breakthrough thought processes. Simon has written and delivered various workshops, virtually and in person, covering topics ranging from tools required to develop emotional intelligence through to leading people in a VUCA (Volatile, Uncertain, Complex, Ambiguous) world.
