Every story has a process – a beginning, a middle and an end and this one happens over 7 sessions:

  • Introduction: putting your current CV on the table and together assessing what impression it gives plus what your LinkedIn profile says about you checking for alignment, consistency, inconsistency, accuracy, presentation.
  • Creating the agreement: exploring what you want to achieve and why? Discovering how you’ll know that you have got there … what will be the evidence that will demonstrate that you have indeed got there? Discovering your way of learning and working, what are your agreements, how reliable are you in connection with yourself, what boundaries would be helpful to have in place, how pernickety are you, on a scale of 1 – 10 what is your attention to detail.
  • The work piece: over 4 sessions designing a 2-page CV with the words that explain and describe exactly who you are, what you can do, how you can do it, why an investment in you will bring exceptional ROI and significantly improve the business case of the organisation. Why you are the person they need! Included in here is work offline reading, editing and proofing versions of the CV as they are presented.
  • The end: signing off the CV’s content and developing a plan as to how to use it.
